Fees Refund Mechanism

 

Fees Refund Policy

  1. The applicant is not entitled to request a refund of the administration fees.

  2. The applicant is not entitled to request a refund of the service fees that he benefited from, or that have been studied by the commission.

  3. The applicant is not entitled to request a refund of the fees as a result of applying for services that he did not fulfill their terms and requirements.

  4. The applicant is entitled to a 50% refund of the service fees amount if the request was canceled within a maximum period of a month from the service payment date and before sitting for the professional assessment.

  5. The applicant is not entitled to request a fee refund in case the request was canceled or denied, as a result of an absence of a response from the applicant to any additional requirements from the commission, within 30 days from the application date.

  6. Service fees shall not be paid back after more than a month from the date of submitting the application or after sitting for the professional assessment.

  7. The applicant is entitled to request a refund of the fees (fully or partially) within the mentioned period above, in the following cases:

  • Any extra amounts to the fees approved for membership by the commission.

  • Paying more than once for the same invoice provided that proof is presented

  • Paying any fees for a service that was not requested by the applicant but was recommended – in writing- by an official of the commission or by Mumaris Plus system.

  • Referral of the request to a wrong path by an official of the commission or by Mumaris Plus system.

  • Late fees for the re-registration service, if the applicant proved that he submitted more than one request to correct his status prior to the end of the registration.

  •  The classes that are exempted from the fees of classification services and professional registration under the regulations.

Classes exempted from the fees of classification services and professional registration:

  1. First-degree relatives of martyrs of duty as it shall not be with retroactive effect.

  2. In any class or individual cases, the General Secretary issues a decision in its regard under the regulations.

Steps of fees refund request:

  1. Fees refund request is submitted via Mumaris Plus.

  2. The applicant is informed of acceptance or denial of his request within 15 business days.

  3. Financial administration refunds the fees to the service applicant within 14 business days.

If there are any refund scenarios that are not mentioned above, they will be referred to the relevant committee.
